We only ship Monday through Thursday. The biggest reason being that we are located in AZ. We do not want your candles sitting in a truck or warehouse where they could possible melt.

We usually go through pay pal but there is a money order option and a pick up option if you live in or near Tucson. Just keep in mind your order will not be made until we receive your money order.
Q: Jumbo Melts
How big are your jumbo melts?
A:
Are jumbo melts are 3 oz each. They will not fit on top of the plug in warmers unless you break them up.
Q: Mini Melts
How big are your mini melts?
A:
Our mini melts are anywhere from .85 oz to 1 full oz.
Q: Turn around time
How long will it take to get my order?
A:
Currently with the holidays fast approaching we have a turn around time of 7 to 10 BUSINESS days. This does not include the time it takes for USPS to get your order to you.
Q: Soy or Paraffin
Are you candles soy or paraffin?
A:
Currently all of our wax products are made with paraffin. I understand there are many heated debates on the use of soy vs paraffin. I choose to use the best wax that will hold the most fragrance. I only sell wickless candles so there will be No Soot No Flame no matter what wax I use.
Q: Help! I broke my bowl!
Can I get a replacement bowl for my warmer?

Yes, I do have bowls that will fit onto the warmers but unfortunately they are a little smaller and only come in one color. White.
Q: Do you deliver?
Do you offer deliver services?

Yes. For a $30 minimum I will deliver to the Tucson, AZ area. Email if you need deliver to a further destination.
Q: Can I place a wick in a wckless candle?
Can I place a wick in the candle?
A:
No. A properly wicked candle takes a lot of testing. We can not guarantee the quality of our specifically made to be wickless candles if not used properly.
Q: Why is there no wick?
why is there no wick?
A:
These candles are called wickless because there is no wick. You place them on the warmer and it melts therefore releasing the scent. Not having a wick allows me to add more scent than a traditional candle.
