PAYMENT
For all wholesale accounts, payment is due in full at the time of order. We are a small, self-made business and our products are made to order. Payment must be made via Visa/MasterCard, Pay pal, Money Orders, Cashier`s Checks, Business Checks, or Cash.

MINIMUMS
$100.00 minimum on all orders.
Products can be mixed and matched to meet minimum, so long as the individual product minimum is met. Individual minimums will be listed in the product summary.

Volume Discount
$500 to $1000 Discount 2%
$1000 to $1750 Discount 3%
$1750 to $3000 Discount 4%
$3000 and UP Discount 5%

ORDERING & DELIVERY
Our products are handmade and as such will be delivered in the order that they are received. Please allow a production time of 1-2 weeks when placing your order.
Please be aware that high production times such as the winter holiday season may delay production times - please plan accordingly and order early!

SHIPPING
We charge exact shipping. Delivery available within 50 miles of Tucson, AZ for a fee of $10. Pick up available for free, please contact so arrangements can be made.

CANCELLATION
If an order is cancelled prior to its completion, the buyer will incur a cancellation fee of 25%. Be aware that each item is made to order and a lot of time goes into its production. The cancellation fee covers our production prior to your canceled order.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
Due to the delicate nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If there is a shortage please contact us with in 48 hours.

PICTURES & WORDING
If you are a wholesale customer we also give you free reign to all of our pictures and wording on the website.
